The main house at Tittenhurst Park Estate, the ground floor room with it's two curved bay windows was the main drawing room..featured on the Imagine video. This room in the main house has become known as the 'White Room', I think it's fairly obvious why..
The John Lennon 'White Room' Display Liverpool
An exhibit in Liverpool. The 'set', that is clearly a depiction of the Drawing Room interior at Tittenhurst Park's Main House, in which John Lennon's White Steinway Piano sat amid white furnishings; as can be seen from my still of the Imagine video above, Yoko is opening tall shutters, to allow the light in as John Lennon sang Imagine, exposing the view down to the Diana Statue and John's own lake, that he and Yoko could see from their bedroom window and balcony.
John Lennon's Epiphone Casino semi-hollow electric guitar sits against a wall at the display..
A photograph of John Lennon at Tittenhurst Park 1971 with spectacles sits on top of the piano.
