Shortly before December 1980, John Lennon, a sceptic of organised religion, recorded "Serve Yourself", a negative response to the born again Bob Dylan's "Gotta Serve Somebody" on Slow Train Coming in 1979. The "angry" takes that John Lennon recorded with an acoustic guitar are good too! This is my favourite version, at the end John says, "Too loud"...
